Cork Board Insulation (LABC Assured)
Cork Board Insulation is a high performance, natural, sustainable and vapour permeable insulation system for use internally and externally. This material is made entirely from natural and renewable cork.
The low thermal conductivity (0.037 – 0.040 W/m.K) of cork board offers high energy efficiency. Therefore contributing to an environmental and economic saving. Using 100% natural cork panels on a building ensures maximum thermal and good acoustic insulation whilst also preserving the environment.
Providing natural and sustainable insulation, the cork used in the Cork Board system is a breathable material, free from any chemicals, synthetic resins and carcinogenic materials. This therefore contributes to a natural, healthy environment inside or outside of your home.

Why not check out the MD Façade Cork board too? This interesting design of the boards offer a unique cork cladding finish with the exact same excellent thermal and acoustic performances.
This material was even used on Grand Designs: RIBA House of the Year 2017.
Wood Fibre Insulation
Wood fibre insulation offers outstanding solutions for both new build and retrofit of applications.
Ecological and sustainable wood fibreboards easily meet requirements for modern insulation and provide many additional advantages. They reliably protect against cold in winter, heat in the summer and shield the occupants from the noise of the outside world.
They are free from harmful substances and, thanks to their vapour permeability, enable healthy and pleasant rooms.
Wood fibre insulation can even be composted at the end of its lifetime.
Wood is a precious raw material with outstanding insulating properties. This highly efficient thermal insulation not only provides comfort, but also helps save energy. This is particularly useful in the winter: Wood fibre ensure that cosy warmth lasts longer in the home, as the outstanding thermal insulation of wood fibre insulating materials prevents heat loss.
The natural porosity and the composition of the fibres make wood a particularly efficient insulating material. Wood fibre insulation ensures that your heating costs are reduced even in the harshest of winters.
Reed Board is a natural product made of wire bound lengths of reed that can be used to create an insulated ceiling once lime plastered or can be used to create stud walls or can help insulate a solid wall internally.
Reed boards has a K value of 0.54 W/mK.
