Limewash is a type of paint made from limestone that has been crushed,mixed with water, and sometimes pigment. It’s a traditional coating usedon both interior and exterior walls, especially in older buildings, andis often associated with historical and rustic aesthetics. The maincomponents of limewash are calcium hydroxide (also known as slaked lime)and water, creating a breathable, natural finish.
